قبل حوالي سنة ونص، التقيت بالمهندس Alaa Sharaf وكنت طمعانة بنصيحة وحدة منه.. وكانت: «عليكِ بالـ soft skills». هالجملة كانت حجر الأساس اللي بنيت عليه شغفي.About a year and a half earlier, I met Eng. Alaa Sharaf hoping for a single piece of advice. It was: 'Work on your soft skills.' That sentence became the foundation of my passion.

- الاستماع الفعّال ومرونة التوجيه: التقاط خيوط إضافية لأسئلة جديدة بدون الخروج عن المحور.Active listening and flexible steering: picking up extra threads for new questions without leaving the theme.
