2اعمل Mapping لخبرتك الحاليةMap your current experience
شو منها مطلوب بالمجال الجديد؟ شو قابل للنقل؟ وشو ما عاد يخدمك؟ أحياناً بتكتشف انك أقرب مما كنت مفكّر.What's in demand in the new field? What transfers? What no longer serves you? You're often closer than you think.
3سدّ فجوة المهارات، مو كل الفجواتClose your skills gap, not every gap
حدّد 2–3 مهارات أساسية ناقصتك، واشتغل عليها عبر Courses أو Projects أو Freelance.Find the 2–3 core skills you're missing and build them through courses, projects or freelance work.
4غيّر طريقة تقديم خبرتكReframe how you present your experience
نفس الخبرة ممكن تنكتب بطريقة تبعدك عن الوظيفة الجديدة، أو بطريقة توضّح ليش إلها قيمة فيها.The same experience can be written to push you away from the new role, or to show why it matters there.
5خلي الـCV والـLinkedIn يمشوا بنفس الاتجاهPoint your CV and LinkedIn the same way
