Scope of work
- Original scope: a multifunctional building, 4 electrical substations, 2 water tanks with pump stations and 7 stormwater soakaways.
- Water and firefighting reservoir with pumping station, irrigation reservoir with pumping station, and a central solid-waste storage building.
- Site utilities and infrastructure, 2 public toilet buildings and the renovation of 4 existing buildings.
- Provisional sums: the Qatari, AIPH and Dutch pavilions, 40 LDC pavilions and 25 country pavilions.
- Design and build: two bio-domes, a hydroponic greenhouse, 35 food kiosks and 58 farmers' kiosks.
