Combined construction of the Mina District package and a seawater diving pool, as part of the Old Doha Port redevelopment.

Scope of work

• Mina District: 37 buildings and 2 podiums.
• Food and beverage outlets, cafés, restaurants, retail and leasable offices.
• A fish market hall, seafood restaurant, cinema, spas, boutique hotel and mosque.
• Public areas, kids' area, courtyard, car parking, MEP services, pontoons and promenade terraces.
• Diving pool facility: architecture, landscape, civil, structural, building services and interiors.
• Mechanical, electrical, ICT and security systems, through testing, commissioning and handover.
