Scope of work

• Al Nuaim: about 33,915 m², with two basements, ground and first floors.
• Al Muntazah: about 26,891 m², with one basement, ground and first floors.
• Men's, women's, dental and walk-in clinics, radiology, pharmacy and laboratories.
• Chronic disease clinic, pre-marital services, multipurpose room and administration.
• Staff facilities, gym, swimming pool and internal courtyards.
• Parking, mosque, ancillary buildings, MEP and external works.
