Scope of work
- 84 villas of four types, 18 entrance and security gatehouses, a staff village and service buildings.
- A community centre with a landscaped courtyard, pergolas and shading structures.
- 14 substations, pump stations and tanks for potable water, irrigation, fire water, fuel and treated effluent.
- Central chilled water, sewage treatment, vacuum sewage, TSE polishing and reverse osmosis plants.
- Swimming pools, sports grounds, marina MEP services, a helipad and a pedestrian bridge.
- Infrastructure, parking, hard and soft landscaping, IT and security works, and boundary walls.
