برحلة 8 ساعات تدريبية: فكّرنا.. سمعنا آراء بعض.. تناقشنا.. لعبنا.. واستنتجنا. بدل ما تكون 8 ساعات من «سلام عم تحكي» والحضور عم «يسمع»، حولناها لـ «سلام والمشاركين» عم يطرحوا أفكار ويغطّوا ثغرات.Over eight training hours we thought, listened to each other, discussed, played and drew conclusions. Instead of eight hours of 'Salam talks' while people 'listen', it became 'Salam and the participants' raising ideas and filling gaps.
المدة قصيرة بالنسبة للبعض، بس كانت كفيلة نبني رابط حقيقي بين بعضنا، ونوضّح رؤية كل حدا فينا لحضوره على LinkedIn، ونضوّي على نقاط الضعف قبل القوة.Short for some, but it was enough to build a real bond, clarify how each of us sees our presence on LinkedIn, and shine a light on weaknesses before strengths.
