- The national training calendar and trainer scheduling.
- Recruiting technical and soft-skills trainers.
What I did
- TNAs with programme teams to align curricula with the labour market.
- Launched and managed a customised LMS.
- A trainer monitoring system and digital evaluation tools.
- A RACI matrix, a training library and a Trello task system.
Outcome
- Represented EFE at national job fairs and university career days to build talent pipelines.
