Scope
- The vocational training programme for Saudi trainees at the Dammam fab shop, with Australian partner OGM.
- English and soft skills, then supervision of technical training and assessments.
What I did
- Led 4 trainers preparing the English courses: session plans, descriptions, objectives, exams and marking guides.
- KPIs to track trainee engagement and performance.
- Classroom observation, real-time feedback and one-to-one coaching for trainers.
- Coordination with Aramco’s Talent Development and Local Content divisions on Saudization.
Outcome
- Aramco IKTVA Award 2018 — Best in Training and Development of Saudi Manpower, as part of the NSH team.
- 100% compliance with internal and Aramco-mandated safety standards in training.
