- Safety-critical and safety-related roles at CAMCO and its subcontractors.
- Framework, procedure and policies — then assessment, verification and continuous improvement.
What I did
- Solution Owner for CMS preparation, programming, implementation and standardisation.
- Designed competency mapping and frameworks to improve performance and reduce risk.
- Technical training matrices and assessor guidelines and standards for each directorate.
- Worked with subcontractor heads and SMEs to secure 100% assessment-evidence completion.
- Standardisation with the Internal Verifier, and policy updates as safety-critical activities changed.
Outcome
- TMS and CMS formally validated by the Transport General Authority.
- Skills-gap analysis against duty requirements to set training priorities.
- Periodic CMS effectiveness reports to the client with improvement advice.
