What I did
- Aligned curriculum, delivery and infrastructure between the two institutes.
- Interactive content, online-classroom protocols and guidelines for discipline and respect.
- Placement tests in English and soft skills before technical training.
- Inclusive, adaptive learning strategies for different learning styles and ages.
Outcome
- A working training operation in Bahrain built on the Saudi model.
- Rounded soft-skills training: communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving.
